Registration

Registration fee
Payment must accompany all registration forms. Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be made in USD. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.

Categories Payment Due Notes
Authors (Students) 450 USD Student rate is given to the paper whose first author and presenter is a student;
with requirement to show student ID.
Authors (Non Students) 500 USD
Presentation Only 350 USD Do presentation only, no publication.
Listeners 250 USD The co-author(s) or any other person who is(are) going to attend the conference is(are) required to register for the conference as listener(s).
Additional Paper(s) 300 USD One "Author Registration“ with one or more additional papers has only one printed proceedings copy.
Additional Page(s) 50 USD /Page One regular registration can cover 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references, any additional pages will be chargeable.
Extra Proceedings 50 USD One "Author Registration“ with one or more additional papers has only one printed proceedings copy; the extra ones will be chargeable.

Registration Procedure
All registrations are accepted by email to
 icoip_secretary@163.com

Step 1. ►Download and Fill in the Registration Form
The registration form can be found in the acceptance letter.

Step 2. ►Complete the Payment;
Payment Methods (USD Only)
You can pay with credit card or bank transfer; the payment link and bank account information can be found in the registration form.

Step 3. ►Payment Confirmation (Email Only)
Send the registration form along with payment proof scan to
icoip_secretary@163.com
You will receive a confirmation email from the conference secretary once the payment is confirmed.

Step 4. ►Payment Receipt
The receipt of your registration fee will be collected at the on-site registration desk.
